I would ask you to do a search for free blog online and look at the ones you like and feel they have the capability to help you.

I have websites that are free blogs on Blogger, I Blog, Blog.com, wordpress.com and quite a few other places.

One thing you must do is to always do good quality content on your website. I need to add that it must also be original content. When you do a post, it should have more than 500 words.
